Broccoli Salad
Ingredients:
| 2 | bunches broccoli |
| 8 | slices crispy bacon, crumbled |
| 1 | small red onion, thinly sliced |
| ¼ | cup raisins |
| 1 | cup mayonnaise |
| ½ | cup sugar |
| 2 | tablespoons vinegar |
Separate broccoli into small florets (keep some stem if desired). Stir in bacon, onion, and raisins. Stir together mayo, sugar, and vinegar. Pour over broccoli. Refrigerate overnight and stir occasionally.
