Broccoli Salad
Ingredients:
2 | bunches broccoli |
8 | slices bacon, cooked and crumbled |
1 | small red onion, thinly sliced |
¼ | cup raisins |
Dressing:
1 | cup mayonnaise |
½ | cup sugar |
2 | tablespoons vinegar |
Separate broccoli into small florets (keep some stem if desired). Stir in bacon, onion, and raisins.
Stir together dressing ingredients. Pour over broccoli. Refrigerate overnight and stir occasionally.
