Senator’s Salad
Ingredients:
1 | stalk celery, chopped fine |
1 | jar pearl onions |
1 | can French cut green beans |
½ | cup chopped bell pepper |
1 | can Le Sueur peas |
Dressing:
¾ | cup sugar |
1 | teaspoon salt |
⅓ | cup salad oil |
⅔ | cup vinegar |
Drain canned vegetables, and stir all vegetables together in a large bowl. Mix together dressing ingredients and pour over vegetables. Allow to marinate and chill several hours or overnight.
