Coquito
Ingredients:
| 14- | ounce can sweetened condensed milk |
| 15- | ounce can cream of coconut |
| 13.5- | ounce can coconut milk |
| ½ | cup evaporated milk |
| ½ | teaspoon ground nutmeg |
| ½ | teaspoon ground cinnamon |
| ½ | teaspoon vanilla extract |
| rum or vodka | |
Whip together all ingredients except the alcohol in a blender until smooth. Chill at least 4 hours until cold and thickened.
To serve, stir 1 to 2 ounces of the preferred alcohol into 8 ounces of the coquito base. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
