Easy Peel Hard-Boiled Eggs

Let eggs come to room temperature. Fill a pot with enough water to completely cover the eggs. Bring water to a low boil. Pierce eggs at the large end with an egg punch or push-pin, then gently lower eggs into water. Cook for 13 minutes. Transfer to ice-water bath for 5 minutes. Crack the shell all the way around and peel.
